Location
Northcliff is located at the northern end of the Forth road and rail bridges, overlooking the village of North Queensferry, Fife. It is set in 5 hectares of protected woodlands.
Directions By Road
- For Sat-Nav directions, the address and postcode is Northcliff, Main Road, North Queensferry, Fife, KY11 1HB.
- Take the first exit from the A90 as you leave the Forth Bridge travelling north.
- From the roundabout, follow the directions to North Queensferry.
- Approximately 100 metres after passing under the Forth Road Bridge, you will see the drive to Northcliff on your left - look for the eagles atop the gate posts.
- Come up the drive and keep to the right at the top. This will take you to the parking area at Northcliff House.
Arriving By Rail
There is a railway station in North Queensferry. It is on the main East Coast line from London to Aberdeen. Northcliff is only a 5 minute walk from the station.

The nearest airport is Edinburgh International Airport. It is 11 miles (18 kms) and a 20-minute drive from Northcliff.
