Bowishill Holiday Cottage sleeps 4 in two bedrooms Bowishill sits in its own grounds at the eastern end of Northcliff Estate. Its elevated position gives it a truly stunning view towards the Forth Railway Bridge and the Pentland Hills, yet it is only a few minutes' walk from North Queensferry Railway Station. Laundry Holiday Cottage sleeps 2 in one bedroom This lovely self-catering holiday cottage was originally the laundry of Northcliff House, but don’t worry, this chore is no longer a requirement of staying here! The cottage nestles in woodland, with views through the trees to the famous Forth Railway Bridge. View accommodation details.

We offer a choice of three self-catering holiday cottages and five self-catering holiday apartments, all appointed to a high standard and located in a central, but totally secluded, position on the edge of North Queensferry in Fife, but still within easy access of all you require, including road, rail and air links, both for work and relaxation.

All of our self-catering accommodation is set within the grounds of Northcliff Estate, surrounded by 5 hectares of native woodland. Northcliff sits in a unique and commanding position overlooking the village of North Queensferry. The views from the house and gardens are stunning, with the two Forth bridges dominating the foreground and the Pentland Hills providing the backdrop. The protected woodlands provide an ideal place for all sorts of bird and animal wildlife.

The self-catering accommodation fulfills all requirements - from a single bedroom cottage to a spacious three-bedroom apartment. All are appointed to a high standard and come fully equipped. All bed linen, towels, heating and electricity are included within the weekly rents (heating and electricity are not included in longer lets). A cot and high chair are available free of charge; just let us know what you require in advance.

All of our guests are welcome to make use of the Northcliff grounds, which provide plenty of areas for walking and in which children can play safely. There is also ample on-site parking.
